Baseline Campus Energy Dashboard for Student-Led Power Monitoring

Abstract
This paper presents a baseline design for a student-operated campus energy dashboard integrating smart-meter streams, occupancy schedules, and weather context. The dashboard supported weekly audit reviews and highlighted avoidable peak-load periods in common study spaces.
